Photo Week #28

This past week was not so eventful, but the weekend was full of fun things. Sam and I made ragu on Saturday, which meant precisely dicing vegetables and simmering for over four hours for the rest of the afternoon.

On Sunday, I went bike riding! It was pretty difficult – going up hills is so hard – but now I kind of want to buy my own bike. From SOMA, we went towards Golden Gate Park and all the way down to Ocean Beach. We had a dim sum picnic in Golden Gate Park (with the biggest shu mai I’ve ever seen) and ended the night with a BBQ in the backyard, accompanied by b. patisserie kouign amanns. Kouignn amanns are unpictured because I did not want to wait to eat mine!

We also saw the bison in the park!

During the week, on one of my walks, I saw this set up by the trail.

I wonder who set it there and I wonder if they actually drank those beers.
