Photo Week #40

That Costco pumpkin pie price just cannot be beat!!! And it was great timing because I had a carton of heavy cream that needed to be used up, so I enlisted Junie to help me make some homemade whipped cream.

Lately Junie has been more interested in wanting to help me cook, which is fun! It does make things slower, but overall it's great to have her participation. Going through a weird phase of parenting right now where I overestimate how independent she is and want her to be self-sufficient, forgetting that she is only three! Three is still so little. There is still so much time ahead of her to grow up, and that is something I still need to remember...
