A week of good meat-eating. I brought back Franklins from Austin the last weekend, and although we had warmed it up a few days after I brought it back, it was still so delicious. At first we thought it had gotten dried out, but then we got to the middle of the brisket and realized we should have started eating from the middle.
On Saturday I watched Shang-Chi! I really liked it. And we got to eat at Daeho in person. Mm, I’m remembering how tender the meat was in the galbi jjim and now my mouth is watering… it was slightly sweeter than I remembered, but the spicy one (the “mild”) cut through the sweetness.
On a last note, I’ve been trying to do more Sudokus (just because I want to get better at doing Sudoku) – can anyone tell me why the highlighted square in this is a 2???
