Photo Week #36

I let the whole week go by without taking any photos, so please enjoy this photo of my friends being cacti (and one succulent) that they let me take of them as a favor while we were at the Solano Stroll. It was my first time at this event, which happens every year – it was a lot busier than I expected! We were amazed at the number of people.

School started this week and although the work does seem manageable, I’m a little annoyed that I’ll have to go into the city more often than I thought I would have to in order to do my homework… but as Sharon reminded me, it’s better to have a class to complain about than nothing at all! So all in all I’m still excited that the new semester has started and looking forward to learning more! Hopefully I will have the energy and discipline to also attempt other projects on the side… but I also feel like I’m so eager now that things have finally started that I’m going to end up spreading myself too thin. We shall see. Wish me luck!
