Photo Week #28

I haven’t been caring much about the quality of my photos lately, nor have I been taking many photos recently. Sorry not sorry – although it does make me feel a little sad inside when I think I can take a good photo of something and it doesn’t turn out the way I want it to. Ha! Oh well.

I try to take the long way to work to get in a little more exercise, and I passed by these flowers out for sale. I like looking at flowers, but taking care of them is a different matter. Sort of how I feel about dogs, although I still really want a dog. I also found myself at the new (or new-ish, now) BAM/PFA museum in Berkeley and was amused at the hipster-ness of this in-table planter.

I think I’d like to go back to the museum – I didn’t actually pay to go inside, just went upstairs to the café to kill some time, but since I can probably get in free with my ID, I want to go back and actually visit the galleries.

I also checked off one of my summer goals – to create something! I made coasters and I’m happy with how they turned out, and they were super easy. (Not the wooden ones, but the twine ones – haven’t learned how to engrave wood yet….)
